Magical Markets of Merriment (4th annual!).

We are so excited to be on our fourth year of the Magical Markets and to be one of the most successful in Central Oregon. They were a huge hit again last year as more and more people keep finding out about them. We are currently taking applications for this 2024 holiday season. It is free to apply, however, all who apply may not be selected. We select vendors based on product uniqueness, professionalism, and date availability of the 4 markets. We also like to feature woman, queer, or POC owned businesses first. We have a few outside areas with power for food or drink stations that are willing to brave the elements (Please note on your business information). For those whose first time it is applying, we are a non-denominational euro-styled holiday market focused on the magic of Winter.

Deadline to apply is Aug. 24th. You will be notified either way by Sept 15th.

There is a $125 table fee (if selected). Each maker gets a 6 foot table spot or smaller to do with as they please. Most spots have room for an additional small shelving item or hanging rack. No awnings or tents indoors. There is WiFi for POS of choice. Each of the markets can house 13-15 vendors (with potential for 3-4 outside). We will have a member of the Claus family again this year baking fresh cookies, our famous butterbeer, and the delicious roasted marshmallows again! We usually have a hundreds of shoppers each weekend come through.

Each Market is a Sat & Sun from 10am-5pm. Setup is the Friday night before at 5pm (unless sat @ 9am morn is only possible). The four markets are Nov 30/1, Dec 7/8, Dec 14/15, Dec 21/22. PLEASE ONLY HAVE ONE PERSON PER BOOTH, we prefer the maker themselves.

*Please note, if you are selected and need to switch weekends for another market or personal reason, you may lose your spot unless another vendor is willing to switch. I just ask that you find the swap from another selected market.
